A Health Advocate is a
for-profit or non-profit individual who can assist, educate, and support a patient and their families so that they can make the appropriate decisions regarding their healthcare for their personal situation.
A Health Advocate can also assist with health insurance, legal and administrative paperwork, and other paperwork regarding Eldercare or Acute Care.
This is done with other professional referrals.
There are many areas where a Health Advocate is necessary to guide someone in their decision making.

Sometimes things can seem overwhelming especially when trying to navigate your healthcare system. We can handle the stress and make sure that you get the attention that you deserve.
For example, you just walked out of your doctor's office and you don't understand what they just said to you or
you have a bunch of tests to do with papers just given to you and you don't know where to start.
We will walk you through the process and make sure you understand everything that was said to you.
We can help you make the appointments, and go with you to your follow-up appointments.

The first part of our journey is to have a telephone call or a Zoom Call.
During our call, you will explain what you need us to help you with. We will listen and ask you questions about your situation. Once we have successfully completed our question and answer session, we will let you know if we're a good fit to work together.
If we can't help you, perhaps another Health Advocate can. We will refer you to one.
Once we decide we are a good fit to work together, we will discuss our fees and if that is acceptable, we will go ahead and sign the paperwork and get started right away on your current situation.
